Standard Bar / Elevated Bar
Standard Bar - Enjoy restaurant quality cocktails, we provide all mixers to create a variety of cocktails for all patrons. Shaken, stirred, tossed muddled we got YOU!
Elevated Bar - Same restaurant quality cocktails but all mixer and fresh squeezed and home made. With consultation we will discuss the event specific cocktails along with themed colored mixers, glow in the dark "RAVE drinks" and Frozen Blended Cocktails.
Beverage Menu Consulting & Program Implementation
- We create and construct full beverage menus for any restaurant, hotel or beverage business. Menus can be customized to connect with multiple restaurant concepts and culinary styles. The beverage menu will be COG and cost effective, based on the profit margins and preferred quality of liquor & ingredient.
- Our team trains and elevates bar standards for all environments. We use effective communication skills and create and teach to maintain better bar standards. When done effectively this will lead to better bar performance, team moral and lowered waste and labor.
